One set does both front buckets. These are the curved wires that fit in the listing sleeves/pockets on the back of the seat upholstery. The hog rings attach to these wires to attach the seat upholstery through the foam to the seat frame. These are just the curved wires (as pictured) for the "insert" section of the seat. The straight wires on the outside of the seat are not available and are not needed on our TMI seat upholstery. These wires are almost always bent, broken and/or rusted on original seat upholstery.
