Minimum order amount on all orders is $20.00.

Shipping Charges

Due to the various sizes and weights of the parts offered, shipping charges are not shown here on your order.  They are determined by weight, size, destination and shipping method after your order is packed.  We will pack your order in a manner that will save you the most shipping and insure that the package(s) arrive safely.  Please click here for an explanation of shipping methods.

Pictures

We do our best to display current pictures of the part that you are ordering.  Unfortunately, our suppliers sometime make slight changes to the design or finish of a part.  This may make it impossible to have the most current photo displayed.  If there is a certain detail that you are looking for in a part, please call just to make sure.  We will be happy to pull the actual part that we will be sending you and answer any questions about it that you may have.

Damaged Merchandise

Damages in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.  If you should receive parts that are damaged or missing due to a broken box, contact the carrier (UPS, Post Office, Truck Line) immediately.  The carrier may then take care of returning the parts to us (UPS).  We will then replace the damaged parts.  Parts damaged by Truck Line must be noted upon receipt BEFORE signing for the shipment.

Returns

All parts are guaranteed.  If you are not satisfied with any part, you may return it within 30 days for refund or exchange.  Please call or write for authorization BEFORE returning any part.  Unauthorized and COD returns will be refused.  All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge.  We reserve the right to not allow returns on modified/installed parts.  Labor/installation costs are not refunded.

Prices

We do our best to maintain the lowest possible prices, and post these prices on the web site.  At times prices must be changed, and we reserve the right to do so.

COD Orders

We do not accept COD orders from the online catalog.  If you need to have your order sent COD, please call in the order for more information.
