This genuine wood steering wheel is a replica of the steering wheel originally installed on all 1967 Shelby GT350 and GT500 models. This style of wheel was also available from Shelby for the 1966 Shelby GT350. It also makes a fantastic addition to any Mustang.
Features include brushed stainless steel spokes with chamfered holes, a main hub CNC machined from aluminum with a satin finish, and a beautifully finished, solid wood rim. A black band shows on the back surface just like the originals. The steering wheel also features the plastic finishing grips where the spokes meet the rim - again, like the originals.
A nice variety of horn button center caps are available also. These are easily installed to allow the horns by depressing the center of the cap like original. Caps available include emblems with a
Mustang Running Horse,
correct '66 GT350 logo,
'67 GT350 logo, and
'67 GT500 logo.
This wheel will fit all 1965-73 model Mustangs. Please note that our
IN-7396 spacer ring is required for installation on 68-73 models. The wheel measures 15.5" diameter.
