1964 1/2 Horn Ring Retainer
This piece screws to the underside of the chrome horn ring attaching the horn ring to the steering wheel
It is very commonly broken or cracked.
This particular one is for the early Mustangs equipped with a generator (Horn ring and steering wheel are different on these cars from the alternator equipped Mustangs)
